I bought this new Samsung washer from "The Brick, Canada" which started malfunctioning a few hours later after installation on the first wash. The replacement machine sent by The Brick had the same problem. According to Samsung, both machines were dropped in transit from Korea and the suspensions were broken. They replaced with a third machine. Samsung offered 3 months additional warranty for the difficulty I faced, while "The Brick" did not even bother to reply despite numerous emails to their VP. Only when Toronto Star forwarded my mail to The Brick did their legal manager contact me asking for my invoice number. From a loyal Samsung user for many years who will never touch a Samsung product again or enter The Brick store again.
